Tanto allenamento e una dieta equilibrata, è questa la strategia di Melissa Satta per mantenere un fisico perfetto. In un'intervista alla Gazzetta dello sport, l’ex velina confessa di non saper fare a meno della pasta e di mangiare cinque volte al giorno. "Cerco di mantenermi sempre sui cinque pasti al giorno, tre principali e due spuntini, differenziandoli fra giorni di allenamento e giorni di riposo. Credo sia giusto seguire un regime alimentare che supporti il proprio fisico. A tavola non so rinunciare alla pasta… ovviamente integrale".
Satta racconta di allenarsi in media tre volte alla settima: le piace correre soprattutto d'estate al tramonto, ma ci sono anche gli esercizi in palestra che condivide sempre sui social.
