Svegliarsi con gli occhi gonfi e con le borse che appesantiscono lo sguardo purtroppo è una condizione che accomuna molte donne a tutte le età. E se le cause possono essere molteplici (mancanza di sonno, eccessivo consumo di alcol, fumo, stress, consumo eccessivo di cibi salati e perfino la mancata pulizia del viso e del trucco dagli occhi prima di coricarsi), tra i rimedi ce n’è uno che è indolore, veloce e gratuito. Nessuna punturina, niente filler.
Occhi gonfi: il rimedio facile e veloce
Bastano appena tre minuti e mezzo al risveglio e la costanza quotidiana. In questo video Marilia Valenza, coach di face yoga (anche detto yoga facciale) che ha partecipato alla presentazione del nuovo libro di Angelica Amodei, “Idratarsi a tavola”, spiega quali sono i piccoli gesti che possiamo compiere ogni giorno sulla zona perioculare per sgonfiarla immediatamente e per specchiarci con un viso che ci restituisca un’immagine di noi più rilassata. Si tratta di alcuni esercizi molto semplici che potete provare a fare seguendo con attenzione il video. “Innanzitutto bisogna farli quando si applica la crema del contorno occhi effettuando una leggera pressione senza “tirare” la pelle. Ogni movimento può essere ripetuto da 5 a 15 volte, ovviamente per entrambi i lati del viso. L’allenamento va chiuso bevendo due bei bicchieri d’acqua che aiutano il corpo a espellere le tossine che avete smosso”.

Naturalmente sono tanti altri gli esercizi che lo face yoga propone per allenare il nostro viso, rilassare i muscoli facciali e migliorare la postura del collo da cui tanti piccoli inconvenienti derivano. Marilia Valenza ne parla diffusamente nell’account Instagram Bellezza Green (leggi qui) con video e post. In uno degli ultimi ha pubblicato la sua immagine di qualche anno fa a confronto con quella attuale e ha raccontato: “Questa ero e sono io. Ho passato anni della mia vita a non piacermi davanti allo specchio e a sentirmi a disagio con me stessa. Non sono mai stata bella nel senso canonico e vado bene così. Ma prima di iniziare a praticare Face Yoga, il mio viso soffriva di un notevole invecchiamento precoce. E questo non mi andava bene per niente. Mi vedevo con il viso molto gonfio, asimmetrico, stanco. Mi sentivo sempre sbagliata. E dimostravo almeno 10 anni in più della mia età. Passavo ore a truccarmi davanti allo specchio per cercare di cambiare quello che non mi piaceva del mio viso: ad eccezione della mia famiglia, nessuno aveva mai visto il mio viso al naturale. Mi truccavo un’ora anche solo andare alla posta, a buttare la spazzatura o fare la spesa".
La differenza tra prima e ora è notevole
"E mai avrei pensato di riuscire a scrivere questo post, a fare vedere a tante persone come era il mio viso e come è adesso. Questa per me è una grande conquista. Se sono riuscita a farlo, è perché dopo tanti anni di odio per il mio viso, ho scoperto che potevo amarlo e prendermene cura: la mia autostima e il mio benessere sono tornati quando ho iniziato ad allenarmi, nel 2017. Ho lavorato sui miei lineamenti con il Face yoga, la posturale e le tecniche ti ringiovanimento naturale. Da quel giorno non ho mai smesso di praticare e studiare a fondo questa disciplina meravigliosa che ormai insegno da anni. Sono la prima testimone che il cambiamento è possibile. Con la costanza e il giusto allenamento, i risultati arrivano sempre”. E in effetti la differenza tra le due foto è davvero notevole. Non resta che provare.
