Proseguiamo con la nostra routine di benessere e introduciamo nuovi movimenti. L’importanza della respirazione è cruciale, perché attraverso l’ascolto, la consapevolezza e il controllo del respiro in movimento possiamo ottenere grandissimi benefici.
Da un lato agiamo a livello fisico, incrementando l’ossigenazione del sangue e quindi migliorando la qualità dei tessuti, muscoli, ossa, articolazioni, organi interni; dall’altro lato il ritmo che imprimiamo al respiro armonizzato con il battito cardiaco influisce sul nostro cervello e sul sistema nervoso centrale: aumenta il livello della serotonina e dei cosiddetti “ormoni del buonumore”, aumenta la funzionalità del nervo vago e del sistema parasimpatico, responsabile della capacità di rilassamento, concentrazione e digestione (tanto degli alimenti, quanto delle emozioni).
