Da lunedì 25 maggio, salvo diversa disposizione regionale, l'Italia dello sport riparte anche con palestre e centri sportivi che ora hanno le linee guida per la riapertura. Un via libera atteso dal popolo di amanti del fitness o dell'attività sportiva in genere e che ora sanno cosa dovranno fare per poter tornare alla loro normalità. Il ministero dello Sport ha pubblicato sul suo sito tutte le indicazioni, frutto di un lavoro con Sport e Salute e Federazione medico Sportiva, col supporto dello studio Coni-Cip-Politecnico di Torino. Anche i gestori dei centri sportivi hanno quindi tutte le indicazioni per poter riaprire in sicurezza. In via preliminare si consiglia dove possibile ancora l'uso del telelavoro, e anche di soluzioni tecnologiche che consentano di tracciare l'accesso alle strutture; ogni centro sportivo deve procedere alla valutazione del proprio profilo di rischio, e gli operatori sportivi sono tenuti a comportamenti in linea con le norme sanitarie nazionali, come astenersi dal lavoro in caso di sintomi o segnalare eventuali contatti con persone contagiate.
Le regole
Ecco in sintesi le attività da eseguire per i siti: - valutare la possibilità di riorganizzare il lavoro con l'obiettivo di ridurre il numero di operatori sportivi (ovvero sia chi pratica l'attività sia il personale autorizzato a stare nell'impianto) contemporaneamente presenti; - suddividere gli operatori in gruppi che svolgono la medesima mansione e nei medesimi luoghi; - formazione a distanza del personale; - determinare più dettagliatamente il rischio per area e la possibile dimensione degli spostamenti; - organizzare un sistema di sanificazione ad ogni cambio turno e una costante pulizia degli spazi; - indicare le corrette modalità e i tempi di aerazione dei locali; - esporre procedure informative nel sito, nelle zone di accesso, nei luoghi comuni, nelle zone di attività sportiva, nonché negli spogliatoi e nei servizi igienici; - predisporre un sistema di raccolta dedicato ai rifiuti potenzialmente infetti (come fazzoletti e mascherine). Di seguito le regole nel dettaglio.
Misure di protezione e prevenzione
Utilizzo dei dispositivi di prevenzione del contagio (mascherine chirurgiche, guanti monouso); - pulizia e sanificazione dei luoghi e delle attrezzature; - realizzazione di segnaletica nel centro di entrata e uscita ben evidenziati; - preparazione dei locali con percorsi differenziati; - predisposizione di piani di evacuazione che evitino aggregazione in caso di necessità o urgenza; - divieto di scambio tra operatori e personale comunque presente nel sito di dispositivi (smartphone, tablet) e di attrezzi sportivi.
Pratiche di igiene
Lavarsi frequentemente le mani, anche attraverso appositi dispenser di gel disinfettanti; - mantenere la distanza interpersonale minima di 1 metro, in assenza di attività fisica, e di 2 se si svolge quell'attività; - evitare di lasciare in luoghi condivisi con altri gli indumenti indossati per l'attività fisica, ma riporli in zaini o borse personali e, una volta a casa, lavarli separatamente dagli altri indumenti; - disinfettare i propri effetti personali evitando di condividerli (borracce, fazzoletti, attrezzi); - arrivare nel sito già vestiti adeguatamente all'attività che si andrà a svolgere e muniti di buste sigillanti per la raccolta di rifiuti potenzialmente infetti; - particolare igiene e sicurezza per l'utilizzo di docce, spogliatoi e servizi igienici, dove è previsto l'accesso contingentato; - evitare dispositivi comuni come l'asciugacapelli; - bere sempre da bicchieri monouso o bottiglie personalizzate; - gettare subito in appositi contenitori i fazzolettini di carta o altri materiali usati, ben sigillati.
