Alimentazione sana, depurazione dell'organismo e forte attenzione ai superfood, dalle bacche di goji alla curcuma fino ad arrivare ai veri e propri 'cibi spaziali' come l’alga spirulina: il prodotto da provare nel 2018. E' partita la corsa alla prova costume ed è per questo che Cortilia, attiva nella vendita e distribuzione online di prodotti alimentari freschi, ha condotto una survey sugli iscritti alla piattaforma per indagare i nuovi trend sulle tavole degli italiani. In particolare il 61% degli intervistati afferma di sentire “talvolta” l’esigenza di un periodo detossinante, mentre il 26% la prova “spesso” e soprattutto in concomitanza del cambio di stagione.
Cosa fare per mantenersi in forma? il 71% del panel risponde di prestare attenzione in generale a mantenere un’alimentazione sana, il 52% ammette di bere almeno 2 litri d’acqua al giorno, mentre il 33% si muove a piedi o in bicicletta: vecchi trucchetti, che si confermano rimedi sempre attuali e validi alleati per affrontare la bilancia col sorriso.
Via libera a verdure in fresche insalate e centrifugati. Le verdure a foglia verde sono l’alimento ritenuto migliore, con il 39,5% delle preferenze, per perseguire il beneficio del proprio organismo, perché contrastano i radicali liberi e migliorano l’ossigenazione del sangue, seguite dagli agrumi, col 23% dei voti, e dallo zenzero, apprezzato dal 22% per i suoi poteri digestivi e antinfiammatori. Non stupisce quindi che la maggior parte degli intervistati (60%) consumi una gran quantità di insalate fresche in vista della prova costume.
Le verdure possono essere ingrediente base anche di numerosi estratti e centrifugati che il 38,8% del panel predilige per tornare in forma. Dall’indagine emerge anche l’affermazione del trend dei “superfood”, ovvero di tutti quegli alimenti di origine vegetale con un grande apporto di nutrienti e proprietà benefiche e quindi molto salutari per l’uomo, come ad esempio le bacche di goji, i semi di chia, i semi di lino e la curcuma. Oltre la metà degli intervistati, il 55,6%, dichiara infatti di essere molto interessato a questo argomento, di essere incuriosito e di volere provare.
Il 22,6 % in verità ne fa già uso abbondantemente, in particolare di zenzero e curcuma, che rafforzano il sistema immunitario e hanno proprietà disintossicanti e digestive. Il 23% dei clienti Cortilia usa i semi di chia, ottimi alleati nella perdita dei chili di troppo, il 16% assume bacche di goji, mentre in coda troviamo l’alga spirulina, dagli effetti depurativi, con l’8% dei voti.
Se da un lato è la meno usata attualmente, dall’altro risulta però essere il vero oggetto del desiderio del 2018: ben il 46% degli intervistati si dice infatti intenzionato a provarla entro l’anno. Del resto già nel lontano 1974 l’alga spirulina fu nominata “alimento del futuro” dalla Conferenza Mondiale dell’Alimentazione dell’Onu ed è molto curioso che essa sia parte dell’alimentazione degli astronauti quando sono in missione: un alimento spaziale insomma, che sta suscitando un crescente interesse negli italiani, sempre più attenti alla propria alimentazione e al proprio benessere.
