Potrebbero esserci guai per Chiara Ferragni e per l’azienda dolciaria Balocco. L’Antitrust ha posizionato la lente di ingrandimento sulla campagna di vendita di pandori griffati Ferragni fatta partire alla fine dello scorso anno. Vuole accertare se dietro quella campagna che poteva apparire come iniziativa di beneficienza – si legge su Ansa - non si sia in realtà celata un pratica commerciale scorretta.
In sostanza l'Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato avrebbe avviato un'istruttoria nei confronti della Balocco Industria Dolciaria per presunta pratica commerciale scorretta in relazione all'iniziativa commerciale "Chiara Ferragni e Balocco insieme per l'ospedale Regina Margherita di Torino" promossa tra novembre e dicembre 2022. Ad avviso dell'Antitrust, l'iniziativa veniva presentata in una maniera che poteva indurre in errore i consumatori i quali potevano pensare di contribuire alla donazione in favore dell'ospedale. La società aveva invece già deciso l'ammontare a prescindere dall'andamento delle vendite del prodotto.

"Questo Natale io e Balocco abbiamo pensato ad un progetto benefico a favore dell'Ospedale Regina Margherita di Torino", aveva scritto su Instagram Chiara in occasione del lancio dell'iniziativa. "Abbiamo creato un pandoro limited edition e sosteniamo insieme un progetto di ricerca per nuove cure terapeutiche per i bambini affetti da Osteosarcoma e Sarcoma di Ewing. Sono davvero fiera di questa iniziativa e di rendere il nostro Natale un po' più rosa e dolce con questo pandoro speciale", aveva aggiunto l'influencer.
Codacons: se è una pratica scorretta Ferragni-Balocco rimborsino
Ora però interviene l’Autorità garante. Ma come è partita la questione? "L'istruttoria dell'Antitrust nei confronti della Balocco Industria Dolciaria per presunta pratica commerciale scorretta in relazione all'iniziativa commerciale avviata con Chiara Ferragni è stata aperta a seguito di un esposto presentato lo scorso 9 gennaio dal Codacons con l'associazione Utenti dei Servizi Radiotelevisivi", spiega con una nota il Coordinamento delle associazioni per la difesa dell'ambiente e la tutela dei diritti di utenti e consumatori. "A gennaio, a seguito di numerose segnalazioni circa la scarsa trasparenza dell'iniziativa di solidarietà e i dubbi sull'utilizzo dei fondi raccolti presso i cittadini che avevano acquistato il pandoro, ci eravamo rivolti all'Antitrust chiedendo di accendere un faro sulla vicenda. - ricostruisce ancora il Codacons - Oggi l'Autorità accoglie in pieno la nostra denuncia aprendo un'inchiesta attraverso la quale sarà possibile capire meglio i dettagli di una operazione commerciale proposta al pubblico con criteri poco trasparenti, tali da modificare le scelte economiche dei consumatori che hanno deciso di acquistare il prodotto sponsorizzato dalla Ferragni. Ora - avvisa il Codacons - se l'Antitrust confermerà la pratica commerciale scorretta, avvieremo una azione legale contro la Balocco e Chiara Ferragni, chiedendo ai due soggetti di rimborsare il costo del pandoro a tutti i consumatori che hanno aderito all'iniziativa di solidarietà".
